Omg the short white Mexican that works at the Southglenn 80122 is so rude and constantly on his cell. He did not resolve anything for me. The service on the 800 line is even worse

Cannot receive mailing address return…

Cannot receive mailing address return Non-fios Modem been on the phone over 2 - 3 hours worst support ever to include the ai. All they do keep transferring the call or hangup Even Chat non starter as well.
US Post Office even destroyed sent to address plan to file claim against them.

Verizon: Greedy company

Verizon sent an email July 25 informing me of a 12$ rate hike. With taxes and fees it went up to 15$. I complained to Verizon. The agent promised me my rate would not go up and we would pay the present rate each month. The next month my bill was back up 15$ more. I called again. Supervisor did nothing. They blamed this on inflation that I have nothing to do with. She refused to believe I was told my rate would not go up. I filed a complaint to the BBB. A Verizon executive responded and called telling me the rate hike would remain and he had fulfilled his duty by calling me. WHAT??? Absolutely total lack of concern for excellent customers. Bad reviews all over the internet about this. Looking for a new service.

WE GOT NEW 2 NEW GALAXY Z FLIP 4 PHONES, INTERNET, NETFLIX, PARAMOUNT PLUS, GIFT CARDS FOR 126 A MONTH! AND IF YOU'RE A SENIOR LIKE WE ARE THE 1000'S PHONES EACH ARE FREE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT T MOBILE IN OUR CITY WAS EXCELLENT!! AND OTHER VERIZON CUSTOMERS WERE IN THERE AT THE SAME TIME SWITCHING!!

Been with Verizon since November 2021

Been with Verizon since November 2021. Horrible customer service and they lie. They never send any notices, text or email wise when they decide to change your plan. Today got a text to say my bill had increased by $50.00 with no explanation. When I called the human who was like a robot he said they did away with shared data plans. I should have received a notice and said I should check my spam. No notice did I receive but the guy refused to believe that. For 2 lines the cost jumped to $141.00. Not acceptable. There are better plans with other carriers and from the reaction by Verizon they simply do not care if they lose your business. Just horrible customer service! Also made one long distance call to Canada at home through wifi and Verizon charged me a whopping amount. I called to say the call was through wifi and there should be no charge they only agreed to lower the charge by 1/2. What the hell were they thinking. Wifi - no charge Verizon.

Greed over military sacrifice

God forbid you have a military service member who pays the ultimate price. Verizon will send you a bill for the unpaid phone and if you cannot return the phone within x number of days, they sell the debt to a credit collector. No notice, no working with you, just cause further damage without remorse. Pure greed!

Verizon makes their customers throw out their garbage!!!

Verizon gave me the wrong Set-Top Box so when I took it back to exchange it for the correct Set-Top Box I packed up the Set-Top Box nicely in the original cardboard box. I gave it to the Verizon employee and he told me we can take the Set-Top Box back but we cannot take the cardboard box it came in. I said, “This is what you gave me. It was the wrong thing and I'm giving you it back along with YOUR carboard box.” He said, “It is company policy not to take back the cardboard box. “You have to take it home and throw it out. I will not give you credit for the return.” Even though I returned the equipment he would not give me credit because I would not throw out his garbage! What kind of company is this that requires their customers to throw out their garbage? I’m switching to Comcast!

Exceptional client service

I am visiting from the U.K. My son has just started at NYU so we visited the Broadway branch to buy a US plan for his iPhone. Josh the store manager was exceptional; he explained the options and costs clearly, helped my son to qualify for a student discount and went the extra mile to ensure all our queries were answered. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Happy for over 7 yrs…Until now

I've been with Verizon for over 7 yrs without a single issue…until the last couple of months. Recently I've had issues with very slow phone connections. Additionally, I wanted to upgrade the phone I bought from Verizon. As far as the connection problems, after suffering through a confusing phone tree system I finally was able to connect with a service rep. His only suggestion was resetting phone network options, which did nothing, service is still having problems. Regarding attempts to purchase a new phone, their web site keeps logging out of my account when I hit various links including those for new phone devices and the BYOP page. [FYI - I’m a former director of web design and development for another company.] Called customer service severals times beginning in early June and each time they've acknowledged the ongoing web site problem. As of this writing (August 27th) it's still not fixed! Decided instead to try calling sales department directly to see if they could assist with getting a new device and two times my calls were disconnected. Reps stated they would call back if call was dropped and they never did. Then tried three times to speak to someone via their Live Chat on computer: Once they took 5-8 mins between each response and after 30 mins of not even being able to ever get to the point of asking my question I gave up. Another time chat box disconnected the conversation. And the last time, the chat box broke down completely while texting with rep with an automated response popping up saying it "doesn't know the answer to my question." (??) I don't know what's happened to Verizon internally, but it went from a company I previously was very satisfied with to a horrible mess that is falling apart on all fronts involving their customer technical and web support as well as sales operations. They’ve lost a once loyal customer.

Trash Wifi!!

The connection is horrible. Unable to play games. The cheap price is legit you paying for garbage. This is not the wifi for gamers! Instead use Optimum. Its a bit more expensive but at least you cant play games. VERIZON IS FRICKING TRASH!

I've with Verizon around 20 year…

I've with Verizon around 20 year plus... But something change really bad on customer service, used to be I may say almost the best,but now I agree with most of the negative reviews is being the worst called customer service! took around 45 minutes then accidentally cut me off I used to have 5 lines me and my workers phone's I decreased to 2 lines, I'm thinking they have really bad service dropped calls no service were used to be normal.i bought two new phone's never improved the service...no two days ago i came to the store for solution on my bad service.
Now they try selling me 13,hundred dollar new phone the best they can do???.
It's ridiculous!
Best solution move to different provider.
